Pigeons and seagulls

Pigeons and seagulls are both native birds that have moved from cliffs and natural nesting areas on to man made structures. The nesting debris and guano (droppings) pose a significant health risk and can also lead to property damage because of blocked gutters and the acid in pigeon droppings is very corrosive in high volume. Seagulls are very aggressive once their young have hatched and will dive bomb anyone they feel threatened by. 

There are lots of ways to proof buildings against either bird species and a site survey is always required. We install all systems which include netting, spikes, pin & wire, bird gel, trapping and flock management.

We also install systems for starlings, sparrows and more recently the invasive parakeets.
